I am sorry, I didn't post about the discussion on last Saturday!!! On that day, we discusssed about having a Midnight Mass and a party for coming X'Mas and New Year!
Well, I decided the deadline to set the date for the Midnight Mass and the party. (Pardon my boldness.) So, the deadline is on 10th December, 2007. Therefore, if there is no one who objects or suggests the date, we are going to reserve the room for the Mass and the party on the date of 31 Dec 2007! First, we were afraid that, ABAC wouldn't allow us to stay that late! But now I went to ask them about that and they told me that if we ask Br. Amnuay first, then it will be ok as we celebrating Mass there!!! And I am going to talk to Br. Amnuay soon enough and I will let you know all!!!
And I have a suggestion letter for the X'Mass and New Year's party..... I will attached with this post!!! Please feel free to suggest for the activities and for the food as well..... Thanks for your time! Ok! The following is the suggestions:
Don't you all think dinner should be around 6:30pm or 7:00pm? Even if you want to have late dinner, isn't it better, if we have at least two hours ahead before Mass.....? for the gift..... I don't think that is needed...

What Noel propose is good program and hope it won't be any problem with anyone. Based on Suzan's last email, i am not sure how will be time limitation. So let's wait what Suzan will confirm us.
(1) For dinner...I think we can have together first before we start program.
(2) For Activities, please let's make sure who will be the leader for each diocese to have smooth program.
(3) For donation, it's good if everyone can share at least 100 Baht and hope we also will have some donors
(4)To exchange X'mas and New Year Present, good ideas as rememberance but i am not sure is all the students will agreed since it costs some. But may be we can arrange some small present for all (but we need to discuss for budget)
So as i talked to President last Sat, we are goin to have short meeting this coming Sat after rosary and make decision.
Don't stop giving your suggestion for a better way till we make last decision.
